We'll start Day 4
at the Emergency Operations
Center (EOC), the central command center for
emergency response in Volusia County.
Built in 1976 with a federal grant, this bunker facility
is capable of operating during almost any type of
disaster.
Directions
The
EOC is situated west of Daytona Beach, off U.S. 92 at
49 Keyton Drive. Keyton Drive is off
Indian Lake Road.
