Included Management and Budget, Revenue, Central Services, Personnel, Purchasing and Information Technology.

DAY 3: The He©rt of County Government
Included Veterans Services, Community Assistance, the Cooperative Extension Service, Votran, Library Services and the Health Department.

DAY 4: The Safety Zone, Part I
Included
Fire Services, Emergency Management, Animal Control, the Medical Examiner's Office and Corrections.

DAY 5
The Safety Zone, Part II
Included
Beach Safety, Emergency Medical Services and EVAC Ambulance.

DAY 6: Travel, Entertainment, Recreation, Economic Development
Included
Parks, Recreation and Culture, the Marine Science Center, Daytona Beach International Airport, Economic Development and the Ocean Center.

DAY 7: To Build Or Not To Build
Included
Growth and Resource Management, Land Acquisition and Management, Volusia Forever, Environmental Management, Volusia ECHO, Building and Zoning, Code Enforcement and Planning and Development.

DAY 8: Try Living Without Us, Part I
Included Public Works,
Construction Engineering, Traffic Engineering, Road and Bridge, Stormwater Management and Water Resources and Utilities.

DAY 9: Try Living Without Us, Part II
Included Recycling and Solid Waste and Mosquito Control.

DAY 10: The Sheriff's Office
Included Judicial Services, Investigations and Communications.

DAY 11
Court Administration
Included Court Administration, the Seventh Judicial Circuit, the State Attorney's Office and the Public Defender's Office.

DAY 12: Mock County Council meeting
Class members portrayed County Council members and County staff to work through a mock Council agenda. Final meeting with the County Manager.
