The Growth and Resource Management Department
exists to provide a better quality of life for all Volusia County citizens by facilitating the development
of a well-designed, efficient, healthy and safely built environment that enhances
community identity, coexists with the natural environment, and promotes sustainable

residential impact fee temporary suspension
On Aug. 18, 2011, the Volusia County Council approved the temporary
suspension of county road, parks and fire impact fees for residential
permits, applied for on or after July 1, 2011. Please click above to see
