Pfc. Emory L. Bennett Veterans Memorial Park is one of Volusia County’s largest Parks, Recreation and Culture facilities, composed of 205 acres of land in Orange City. While its playground, football field and nature trails draw visitors and residents, the park is most well known for its numerous little league baseball and softball fields and amenities.

On any given day or evening, teams of 8-year-old baseball players or senior men church softball teams pack park and make use of its five full-sized playing fields. For evening play, the clay and grass turfs are lighted for enjoyment for residents and visitors.

The park was developed by Volusia County's Parks, Recreation and Culture Division, with financial assistance provided by the Florida Department of Environmental Protection through the Florida Recreation Department assistance program.

To reserve recreational facilities, please call 386-736-5953.
