DeBary Public Library announces
November programs, book sale
The DeBary Public Library will present
three Storytime sessions in November to help toddlers and preschoolers
develop an appreciation for reading. Programs feature stories, music and
movement. Storytime begins at 10:30 a.m. Wednesdays. “Toy Box” will be
read Nov. 4, followed by “Around the World” Nov. 11, and “Thanksgiving”
Nov. 18.
The DeBary Library Association will sell
books, magazines and puzzles from 9:30 a.m. - 3 p.m. Saturday, Nov. 14.
Proceeds will be used to support library programs.
Children in grades six and up are invited
to a Twilight program celebrating the opening of “New Moon” from 3:30 -
5 p.m. Wednesday, Nov. 18.
All Volusia County public libraries will
close at 5 p.m. Wednesday, Nov. 25, and reopen Saturday, Nov. 28, in
observance of Thanksgiving.
