Library Advisory Board to meet Nov. 6

Volusia County’s Library Advisory Board will meet at 2 p.m. Friday, Nov. 6, in the auditorium of the Deltona Regional Library, 2150 Eustace Ave.

Members will review the budget, and Library Services Director Lucinda Colee will give reports on the debt service, circulation numbers for the recently added Playaway audio format, and collection of library fines.

The advisory board makes recommendations to the Volusia County Council, county manager and library services director on matters relating to the development and improvement of Volusia County’s public libraries, services and programs.

In accordance with the Americans with Disabilities Act and Florida Statutes, persons with disabilities needing special accommodation to participate in the proceedings should request assistance at least two business days before the meeting.
