Are you looking for a new way to reduce stress and relieve joint and muscle pain? Try Qigong (pronounced chee-gong), an ancient practice that uses gentle physical movements, mental focus and meditation to improve well-being. Dating back at least 4,000 years, Qigong is considered a cornerstone of Chinese medicine.
