Continental Express offers nonstop seasonal service to Cleveland from Daytona Beach

Continental Airlines is offering Saturday seasonal jet service between Daytona Beach International Airport and Cleveland Hopkins International Airport through April 28.

“Over the past several years, people have come to enjoy this nonstop service to Cleveland, so we’re very happy its back,” said DBIA’s Director of Business Development Steve Cooke. “And, we remain hopeful Continental will consider going daily with this service in the future.”

Continental Express, a wholly owned subsidiary of Continental Airlines, operates the seasonal flight using Continental’s ERJ 145 regional jet also known as ExpressJet. The flight departs Cleveland Hopkins International Airport at 9:50 a.m. and arrives in Daytona Beach at noon. The return flight departs Daytona Beach at 2 p.m. and arrives in Cleveland at 4:37 p.m. The nonstop to Cleveland service from DBIA began in December 2003.

The Cleveland service offers travelers numerous connecting options and is in addition to Continental’s daily nonstop service to Newark Liberty International Airport from Daytona Beach.
