| Double Bridal Wreath forms a beautiful mound of
gracefully arching stems that are covered, in midspring, with masses of soft, snow
white flowers. |

Leaves
Diamond shaped leaves are 2" long, dark
green on top, pale blue green beneath, and have toothed margins.
Flowers
Flowers are 1/2 inch in diameter with 5+ white petals. Flowers are roselike in
appearance and are borne abundantly in round clusters about 2" across.

Stems are wiry, reddish brown, and
arch gracefully with the weight of the flowers.
Propagation
Propagation can be done by cuttings
of green tip shoots in late spring and summer, or from seed.
Landscape usage
Reeves' spirea is an excellent choice for a mixed shrub border. It may also serve as a
specimen shrub, in a small group, or alongside azaleas, which bloom at the same time.
If pruning is desired, it should be done immediately after the flowering.
