about a neighbor's overhanging trees?
A. This is a civil matter between you and your neighbor.
Q. Do I need a permit to hold a yard or garage sale?
A. You may have two garage sales per year and no
permit is required.
Q. My landlord won't fix my apartment or return my
security deposit. What can I do?
A. Call 1 (800) 435-7352, Florida's Consumer
Services, for information concerning the Landlord/Tenant Act outlining your rights and
responsibilities as a tenant.
