Q. What can I do about a neighbor's overhanging trees?
A.
This is a civil matter between you and your neighbor.

Q. Do I need a permit to hold a yard or garage sale?
A.
You may have two garage sales per year and no permit is required.

Q. My landlord won't fix my apartment or return my security deposit. What can I do?
A.
Call 1 (800) 435-7352, Florida's Consumer Services, for information concerning the Landlord/Tenant Act outlining your rights and responsibilities as a tenant.

Volusia County contracts with Jennings Environmental Services to provide garbage and recycling services in unincorporated Volusia County and the cities of DeBary and Deltona.
