1.      APPROVED the contract with James T. Dinneen for the position of County Manager, with the following modifications: Section 3 – the period of time for termination/severance pay is 6 months instead of 12 months; and Section 5(B) – the contribution to retirement and deferred compensation will be a fixed amount of $12,250.00 instead of a percentage of the employee’s base salary; and APPROVAL of the appointment of James T. Dinneen as County Manager.

2.     APPROVED the purchase of modems for ES&S M100 optical scan voting machines with funds to be used from General Fund, Reserve for Future Allocations. [$46,200.00]
