APPROVED the FY 2005-06 Community Services Block Grant (CSBG) Application; authorize the transfer of $75,000.00 from the County's FY 2005-06 General Fund, Non-Departmental account to the CSBG Program upon adoption of the FY 2005-06 County budget; authorize the County Chair and County Manager to execute Budget Resolution No. 2005-152 and CSBG contract documents; and authorize the Community Services Director to execute modifications and make technical changes to the CSBG contract.
