EnviroNet is a network of professionals and volunteers who form working partnerships dedicated to the protection, restoration and appreciation of Volusia County's natural resources.  Because high quality training is provided for EnviroNet volunteers through job shadowing, class instruction and workshops, the data collected is taken seriously by other scientists and can be used by many government agencies and also private groups and organizations.

Our goal is to recruit and train volunteers who will be able to work in existing programs and who will be able to identify potential environmental concerns and issues.
