Accident at the 105 Mile Marker
This crash occurred after law enforcement agencies received a call about a vehicle traveling eastbound in the westbound lane on Interstate 4, just before the St. Johns River Bridge. This resulted in a head- on crash with several vehicles involved and entrapment.
Engines 31 and 33, Squad 35, Battalion 30, Fire Police, Seminole County Fire Rescue and Lake Mary Fire responded.
Air One and Air Care responded and parked on the Interstate, which was shut down. One patient was taken via ground to the hospital, one patient was taken to Orlando Regional Medical Center via Air Care and one patient was transported to Halifax Medical Center via Air One.
