First Fatal MVA of 2006
Early in the morning of January 2 Engines 41 and 44, Squad 46 and Battalion 40 responded to the scene of a single vehicle rollover. Firefighters stabilized the vehicle, which was resting on its roof, and made entry into the vehicle to check for occupants. One occupant was found and pronounced dead. The crew of Squad 46 used Hurst equipment to extricate the victim from the vehicle.
