Home fire on Rocco Lane
On May 14, 2008, a very aggressive attack on the garage of a 3,600 square foot home on fire resulted in a seventy-five percent save of the home and its contents. Volusia County Fire Services and DeLand Fire Rescue responded to the scene with Engines 42, 83, Ladder 81, Squad 35, Tenders 32 and 45, Battalion 30 and Chief 81.
