Stone Island Family Residence a Loss
A structure fire involving a single family dwelling was reported on April 1, 2006. The first VCFS unit on scene was Engine 34 with its initial report stating that the dwelling was twenty-five percent to fifty percent involved through the roof. Structure was a total loss, however, some items were saved in the garage and a neighboring two-story structure was not harmed. Engines 33, 34, 36 and 64 responded as well as Squad 35, Tankers 33, 34 and 36, Battalions 30 and 61 and Division 12.
