Clubhouse fire at Sunny Sands
On the morning of March 8, 2008 Engines 43 and 44, Squad 46 and Tanker 41 responded to a fire at Sunny Sands Resort in Pierson. An electrical problem in a camper started the fire, which spread to the clubhouse and a vehicle. Damage from the fire was estimated to be approximately $70,000.
