New Station in Lake Helen
Station 35 is the first fire station in Volusia County to be built with a residential sprinkler system installed in the living area of the building. Normally, a commercial sprinkler system is installed in similar facilities. However, Station 35 has a sprinkler system that meets fire codes for systems installed in residential homes. Residential sprinkler systems provide the most effective method of life safety from fire available.
