On November 7, 2000, Volusia
County residents approved two funding initiatives created to advance
our quality of life, Volusia Forever and Volusia ECHO. The following ECHO projects
were recommended by the ECHO Advisory Board for grant awards and
were approved by the County Council March 17, 2006.

Includes Exceptional Grants to News-Journal Center and West Volusia
Cultural and Corporate Training Center
*Does not include annual
$1,000,000 allocation for trails of the County’s Trails Master Plan
approved by the County Council June 3, 2004.
