funds will be available for expenditure as set forth specifically in
the Grant Agreement with each grant recipient. |
* Only those
projects that are active and have not been completed.
** All Awardees must submit a final grant report of the project
development over the grant period and an annual project/program report
following the end of the grant fund period for the period of the grant
agreement (20 years Restoration, 30 years Expansions, 40 years New
Construction). This report must include how the project met the measurable
goals identified in the grant application (tabs 4 & 5).
*** Annual report required to be filed with the State by May 1st of
each year (previously known as the Uniform Business Report).
