Grant application information

Call to Order
Mr. Libby called the meeting to order and all Board members were present. No representative from the County Attorney’s Office was present for this meeting.

Meeting business
A discussion, led by Mr. Libby, ensued regarding the necessity of all ECHO Board members to read the Addendums that will be submitted as part of the review process.  Mr. Libby stated that if this wasn’t done by one or more Board members, this could alter the grades for the applicants inappropriately.  The entire Board verbally agreed with this statement.
