County has initiated the amendment cycle CPA 07 2, which will be the
second amendment cycle for the year 2007.

01 CPA-07-2-1 Eubank-Rozier to Conservation -Spruce Creek Preserve
Proposed amendment consists of approximately 40.5 acres located east of
I-95 and the City of Port Orange that includes a portion of Spruce
Creek. The amendment is to change the Future Land Use of this property
from Environmental Systems Corridor (ESC) to Conservation (C) on the
County Future Land Use Map.

02 CPA-07-2-2 Long Leaf Pine Preserve 3000 acres
Proposed amendment consists of approximately ±3452 acres located on the
north side of State Road 44 approximately three miles east from the
intersection with Interstate 4, east of the Deland municipality. The
amendment is to change the Future Land Use of property from
Environmental Systems Corridor (ESC), Agriculture Resource (AR), and
Forestry Resource (FR) to Conservation (C) on the County Future Land Use
Map.
Item 04 CPA-07-2-4 Guerra
Proposed amendment consists of approximately 18.25 acres located on the
north intersection of SR 11 and US 17. Also, amendment area has frontage
on both SR 11 and US 17 that is located south of Rosewood Villas mobile
home development. The amendment is to change the Future Land Use of
property from Urban Medium Intensity (UMI) to Commercial (COM) on the
County Future Land Use Map.
