Park hours, rules and regulations
Volusia County parks are open from sunrise to sunset unless otherwise posted. Enjoy yourself, but for your safety and the safety of others, please read and observe all rules posted at the information centers or kiosks at each park. Volusia County assumes no responsibility or liability in case of accident or injury. Use all facilities at your own risk.

Volusia County park admission fees
Access to most Volusia County Parks is free, except for a $5 per vehicle fee ($1 per person if the vehicle seats more than eight) at Lighthouse Point Park and Smyrna Dunes Park.

A park pass may be purchased for $20 (valid from Feb. 1 through Jan. 31 each year).

A super pass may be purchased for $30 for residents or $50 for nonresidents. The super pass is valid for admission to the parks listed above and beach access. User fees may be charged for pavilion rentals, ball fields, etc.

Admission fees to the Marine Science Center and DeBary Hall are $5 for adults, $4 for seniors, $2 for children 3 - 12, and free for children under 3.

Admission to Lyonia Environmental Center is free.
