The 1913 Wilbur Boathouse is directly on the scenic Wilbur Bay in the quiet community of Wilbur-by-the-Sea. The building recently underwent a complete restoration. The facility is used by the community for weddings, anniversaries, meetings and more. The boathouse is 1,500 square feet and offers plentiful parking.
