Building and Impact Fees
Fees may vary for your
specific plans and location. This is not a listing of all fees, but
the following describes most of those that may be applied. If your
project is in one of the cities you will obtain the applications
from their municipal building department and you will need to
register for the county impact
fees.

until you need your certificate of occupancy. Fee increases affect
any unpaid balance. Please remember that fees due are those in
effect at the time of payment.
