Mail-in Packages

For residential applications in the unincorporated county area and the City of Debary only, the permit center accepts the following types of permits through the mail-in program.  If you have a question about your site location, go to the County Property Appraiser's page.

Payment must be provided in the correct amount at the time of application either by corporate business check, cashier's check or money order in the required amount for your project.  Personal checks cannot be processed through the mail-in program.  Incomplete or incorrect applications cannot be processed.

You must have an Acrobat Reader to view the following. If you do not have one, you may download one for free

HVAC, Electrical and Plumbing Mail-in Application - to be used by contractors only because owner builders must appear in person to sign documents (small application, fee schedule, notice of commencement required before first inspection for jobs valued over $2,500 for electrical and plumbing and $5,000 for HVAC)

Tree and Wetland Mail-in Application - to be used by owner or  authorized representative (for stand-alone tree or wetland  permits, environmental application with requirements information)
