City of DeBary Issues Burn Ban
THE MAYOR AND CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF DeBARY HAVE ISSUED AN OUTDOOR BURN BAN, EFFECTIVE WEDNESDAY, MAY 14, 2008
TO BE IN EFFECT UNTIL FURTHER NOTICE.
ALL OUTDOOR BURNING IS BANNED, UNLESS AUTHORIZED BY THE FLORIDA DIVISION OF
FORESTRY.
BANNED: BURNING OF YARD TRASH, HOUSEHOLD PAPER PRODUCTS, BONFIRES,
CAMPFIRES, WARMING FIRES, AND COOKING FIRES.
ONLY EXCEPTION:
OUTDOOR COOKING DONE WITH A CONTAINED GAS OR CHARCOAL GRILL (EXCLUDING A
FIRE PIT).
