Water and Utility payment options

The following is a list of options for paying your utility bill:

Online payment with your bank
You may make payment through your bank's bill pay service. Your bank's bill pay service is very convenient and you can designate when the bill is paid or set up a recurring payment that is deducted from your account on the same date every month to ensure that no late fees are incurred. Please speak with your bank representative concerning specifics about their bill pay services. There is no charge for this service currently.

Automatic checking withdrawal (ACH)
You may make payment by automatic checking withdrawals (ACH). You can sign up for ACH by printing the form located at www.volusia.org/publicworks/ACH%20form.pdf. Send the form and a voided check to the address on the form. We will process the form and notify your bank each month of the bill amount and your bank will send us an electronic payment. There is no charge for this service.

Local office payment (personal check or debit)
You may make payment by check at any one of Volusia County's offices. There are four locations for your convenience. The addresses are listed below and on the bottom third of your monthly bill. There is no cost for this service. You may also make payment with your debit card at any one of Volusia County's offices, although there is a $1.50 fee for this option.
