“The raw, primeval swamps and forests of Florida are timeless spaces. I regularly sit in these worlds, still and quiet, in a kind of visual meditation. I study, I draw, and I paint, with no particular plan in mind. The resulting works are records of specific periods of time and experience.” – Pamela Griesinger
