Fee schedules

To review the building permit fee ordinance to determine what your permit fees will be please click on the link below. Application fees are non-refundable. Application fees are credited to building permit fees if the permit is obtained before expiration of application.

In-person cash or check payments will only be accepted by the Volusia County Treasury and Billing Division, which is located in the Historic Courthouse at 125 W. New York Ave., Room 120, DeLand. Payments are also accepted online using the Connect Live web portal or by credit/debit card in the Permit Center, which is located at 123 W. Indiana Ave., Room 203, DeLand. Applicable fees may apply.
