Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA)

The Volusia County Division of Corrections generally provides auxiliary aids or services for effective communication to activity qualified individuals with disabilities who are inmates or who have business at the jail. If you require such assistance under Title II of the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA), contact the offices of Program Services (386) 254-1534 between 8:00 a.m. – 4:30 p.m., Monday - Friday. After normal business hours contact the Shift Commander (386) 254-1555. Requests for assistance should be made as soon as possible, but no later than 2 business days before the scheduled event.
