Certificate of public convenience and necessity

Pursuant to the authority delegated under section 401.25, Florida Statutes, the County of Volusia provides a mechanism for organizations wishing to obtain a certificate of public convenience and necessity (COPCN) under section 46-92, Volusia County Code of Ordinances.
