There is curbside pickup of garbage, yard trash and recycling on these holidays in unincorporated Volusia County if it is your regularly scheduled day.
GOOD FRIDAY HOLIDAY COLLECTION SCHEDULE
For unincorporated Volusia County residents (any place outside all city limits), there will be no change to the garbage, recycling, bulk waste or yard waste collection on Good Friday, Friday, March 29, 2024. If your normal collection day is Friday, please place items at the curb by 6 a.m. for normal collection.
Both the West Volusia Transfer Station and the Tomoka Farms Road Landfill will maintain normal hours of operation on Good Friday, Friday, March 29, 2024.
Volusia County Solid Waste Administration offices will be closed in observance of Good Friday, Friday, March 29, 2024. Administration offices will reopen on Monday, April 1, 2024 at 8AM.
