D1, arrested for simple battery DV on his wife, V1. No bond.
During a traffic stop, Leo Krimmelbein (D-1) was found to have three outstanding warrants out of Manatee county for failure to pay child support.. D-1 was placed under arrest and was transported without incident.
Deputy A. Smith responded to the above location in reference to a burglary to a vehicle that had occurred earlier. Hopkins, Robert W/M 06-15-84 stated his rented laptop computer while he was inside the establishment. The case is continued.
Deputy A. Smith responded to the above location in reference to a reported theft of a bicycle. Welch, Anthony 05-27-99 told his parents he left his bicycle on the front lawn of a friends house and now today it is gone. Deputy Smith checked the area for bicycles with negative results. The victim / parents did not have a serial number of the bicycle for entry. Case continued to Deputy Smith for follow-up.
Jason Crawford (V-1) advised that sometime between 11/15/09 @ 2130 hrs and 11/16/09 @ 0700 hrs, an unknown person(s) entered his car via an unlocked car door and removed items from within. An area canvass was conducted but with negative results. Case continued to Deputy Abato.
Deputies responded to the scene ref a disturbance. Upon arrival, contact was made with (V-1) who advised that she and her live in boyfriend, (D-1), had gotten into a verbal argument. It was during that time that V-1 advised that D-1 struck her about the face and neck with his hand. D-1 confirmed the argument but denied striking V-1. V-1 advised that D-1 had a history of physically abusing her and stated that she wanted to press charges. D-1 was placed under arrest and was transported without incident.
Deputies responded to the scene and met with the listing agent for the vacant house, Peter Yates (R-1). R-1 advised that sometime between 11/02/09 and 11/16/09, an unknown person(s) stole the homes air conditioning unit. An area check was conducted but with negative results. No latent prints found at the scene.
Deputy A. Smith responded to the above address in reference to a domestice violence incident. She placed D1 under arrest for battering her daughter V1. V1 received a small bruise when some chairs where thrown around by her mother during a fit of drunken rage. The defendant was then transported to the VCBJ.
Deputies N. Yackel and J. Stickels were conducting traffic enforcement in the area of the 100 Blk S. CR Beal Blvd. when they noticed an erratic driver. Deputy Yackel intiated attempted to catch up to the vehicle after it exited the area at a high rate of speed. The vehicle into the front driveway / lawn of the above residence which was later determined to have no connection to the defendant Huff, Matthew W/M 06-19-84. The driver immediately refused all sobriety tests and was placed under arrest for his obvious state of intoxication. During the breath test / refusal procedure at the District IV Office, Deputy Stickels became concerned for the well-being of the prisoner and called EVAC to check on the defendant. Huff became highly agitated (very verbal) and was subsequently transported to FL Hospital Orange City due recommendation of EVAC. The hospital conducted several tests and determined his was on several different intoxicants but did not pose a health risk to himself at which time he was transported to the VCBJ. He was charged with DUI and Resisting Arrest for his actions.

Someone entered the victim's unlocked vehicle overnight and stole a GPS, a radar detector and other misc. items.
Edmund Bolduc, 55 years old, died of apparent natural causes at home.
James Walsh, 38 of DeBary, arrested for leaving the scene of an accident with property damage, and driving under the influence of sleeping pills after driving over several mail boxes in the Glen Abbey subdivision. Walsh provided a urine sample after admitting to taking sleep medication before driving. Total bond $1250.
Someone forcefully opened the victim's vehicle window, made entry and rummaged through glovebox. Nothing was missing.
Someone entered the victim's truck by forcefully opening the sliding window to his truck. Once inside, three license plate decals and an XM satellite system were taken.
Julie Jackson reported that her daughter, Tiffany Jackson (15), was last seen when she left for school in the morning on 11/13/09. One of the victim's friends advised that the victim had been at school all day at Deltona High School. Victim's mother believes she may have run away. Foul play not suspected at this time. Victim entered into NCIC/FCIC.
Philip Watercutter, 55 of Deland, arrested for D.U.I.; .147 and .149. Bond was $500.
Deputies responded to the scene ref. a disturbance (physical). Upon arrival, contact was made with D-1 and V-1. Both person advised that they live together and that D-1 is six months pregnant with V-1's child. D-1 refused to say anything other than she a V-1 had an argument. V-1 advised that during the argument, D-1 grabbed him by the neck/face and continued to verbally assault him. It was at this time that both V-1 and D-1 fell to the ground and continued to struggle. D-1 was found to be the primary aggressor, at which time was placed under arrest. D-1 was transported without incident.
Michael Crate (D-1) was found to have an outstanding warrant out of seminole coutny ref. F.T.A. Def. was transported without incident.
Deputy A Smith responded to the listed location and placed resident D1 under arrest for simple battery (2) counts after an altercation turn physical with his brother and father. D1 was transported to VCBJ with a no bond status due to the DV charge. D2 was transported to 706 by Evac Ambulance Service with minor injuries stemming from the altercation. An additional affidavit was filed against D2 for simple battery DV against his brother. Charges of possession of cannabis under 20 grams were also filed against D1 after utterances to being in possession of the cannabis which was seized from the scene.
Victim Charles Evans W/M DOB 02/02/1964 reported the burglary of his structure by a subject who would later become known as S1. The victim reported the recent theft of a stage rigging light bar from his car port area. A follow up investigation by the victim revealed his property was pawn as scrap metal at American Auto Salvage 516 S. Shell Road Debary. Deputy R. Galarza continued the follow up investigation and discovered numerous items of scrap metal that had been sold by S1 dating back as far back as 09/09. The current case investigation is continued to Deputy Galarza mainly due to suspicions that all metal items that have been sold by S1 have been thefts within the local area.
Jean Giza (V-1) advised that sometime between 11/09/09 @1400hrs and 11/11/09 @ 1038hrs, an unknown person(s) entered her vehicle, via a unlocked door, and removed money from inside. The vehicle was processed for latent prints but with negative results. An area canvass was conducted to no avail. There are no suspects at this time.
Deputy Galarza, while on routine patrol, observed the Defendants, Laura Purcaro (D-1) and Eric Wood (D-2), enter the car of Linda Wirtz (V-1) without permission and remove items from within. V-1's vehicle was parked in the parking lot of the Winn Dixie shopping plaza in Debary at this time. V-1's window was down at the time of the incident. Both D-1 and D-2 were placed under arrest and transported without incident.
Upon arrival at scene made contact with Pauline Kretler (R-1) who advised that she is watching her neighbors home. R-1 stated that when she checked on the home today, she found that it had been burglarized. Contact was made with V-1 via P.X and a list of stolen items was obtained. It appears that one of the rear doors to the home was forced open to gain entry. V-1 was advised to contact the Sheriff's Office upon her return to the state in an effort to determine if any other items are missing. There are no suspects at this time.
A suspicious subject in a vehicle (see description of both below) stopped in front of the RP's house with the driver window lowered. The Rp, an adult female, asked the subject if he needed directions, to which he stated he lived in the area and didn't need directions. He then asked the female if she needed a ride home. The female/Rp told him she lived at the home he was parked in front of. The subject then drove off, but stopped down the street in front of a second home where another adult female was outside. The second female approached the vehicle to see if he needed anything. The subject smiled at her and said, "It's okay, it's going to be okay." The subject then took off his seatbelt and appeared to be getting out of the vehicle. The subject noticed a neighbor's garage door open and the subject sped off. The vehicle has not been seen in the area since that time and had never been seen in that area prior to this incident. Vehicle: Maroon Scion 4-door, unknown tag. Subject: light skinned black male with a "round" face and missing one front tooth.
A 15 year old, Jamie Pfeiffer, left home and hasn't returned as of yet. She is suspected of being with Robert Demonte, of Deltona, who also ran away from home.
Jaime Pfeiffer returned home unharmed. She advised she had been with her boyfriend, Wayne Demonte, who is also listed as a missing juvenile. NCIC/FCIC entries cancelled on Pfeiffer.
Beverly Mastrangelo, 71, was found deceased in her bed by her nephew Keith Craft. No signs of foul play. Victim had not seen a doctor in over a year. The M.E.'s office was contacted. They sent livery out to collect the remains.
D1 was arrested for battering her 17 year old daughter.
David Rodriguez was arrested for an outstanding misdemeanor warrant.

Tarina and Aaron Wooley reported that between 1500 and 1630 hrs., person(s) unknown kicked open their front door and stole numerous items to include prescription medications. Also taken was a laptop computer, WII game system, man's dimaond bracelet, watch, sunglasses, and currency. Total loss estimated at $3012. No witnesses/suspects.
D1, arrested for simple battery DV on her live in boyfriend V1. She was also charged with resisting without violence for running from Dep. Stickels. No bond.
Steven Hill (V-1) advised that sometime between 11/05/09 @ 2030 hrs and 11/06/09 @ 0943 hrs, an unknown person(s) pried open the rear window to his vehicle. V-1 advised that nothing had been taken from his vehicle but the rear window had been damaged. Vehicle checked for latent prints but to no avail. Area was canvassed for witnesses but with negative results.
Matthew Karn (V-1) advised that sometime between 11/05/09 @ 2230 hrs and 11/06/09 @ 0535 hrs, an unknown person(s) burglarized his vehicle by cutting a hole in the convertible top. The vehicle was rummaged through but nothing appeared to be missing. The area was canvassed for witnesses but with negative results. There are no suspects at this time.
Ryan Karn (V-1) advised that between 11/05/09 @ 2230 hrs and 11/06/09 @ 0535 hrs, an unknown person entered his vehicle by cutting a hole in the convertible top. The vehicle was rummaged through but nothing appeared to be missing. V-1's vehicle was parked at his brothers home at the time of the incident and his brothers car was burglarized in the same manner (see VCSO case # 09-35082). There are no suspects at this time. Case continued to Deputy Galarza.
D1 was arrested for attempting to stab her husband with a screwdriver.
Sometime overnight, someone used a vehicle to ram the locked fence gates of the barrow pits. No suspects.
An employee found bolt cutters on a boat cover. The bolt cutters did not belong to the business and it appeared they may have been used to attempt to cut the chain securing a boat in the lot.
Robert Chiola reported that on 11/4/09 at 1827 hrs. he was at Valentine Park when his father's 2000 Dodge Stratus was stolen. Chiola had left the keys in the vehicle. Also stolen was Chiola's wallet and contents and his cell phone, all of which was in the unlocked car. No witnesses/suspects known.
D1 of DeBary, arrested for felony battery (DV) for choking his live in girlfriend V1, in front of Warthogs bar. No bond.
DCF reported that V1 had been placed in an elderly care facility, and her home was sold by her children S1 and S2. Over $111,000 in profit from the sale is not accounted for. Medicaid/Medicare has denied to pay the care facility as the money from the sale should be available for V1's care. It is believed that S1 and S2 have obtained/utilized the funds for their own benefit instead of V1's care. Case is forwarded to C.I.D.
