Complainant reported that between 1830 on 2/19/12 and 0500 on 2/20/12 person(s) unknown stole the tail gate off the back of his company issued pick up truck. No witnesses/suspects.

Tamaria M Baker, 14 year old, left home at 0800 hours Saturday and hasn't returned since. Mom said she has done this before.  

Victim left her locked vehicle in the Trailhead parking lot for Gemini Springs Park at 1000 hours on 2/18/12. At 1153 hours she returned to find her passenger window smashed out and her purse containing ID/credit cards and cash taken. No witnesses/suspects.  

Victim left her van unlocked while inside Gemini Springs Park between 1100 and 1300 hours. Victim returned to the vehicle to find her purse containing ID and credit cards had been taken. No witnesses/suspects.  

Someone entered the victim's garage through the opened overhead door. The suspect removed a black Genesis men's mountain bike from within.  

The outside A/C unit was disassembled and parts stolen from it at this vacant residence sometime between 02/15/12 and 02/17/12.  

Deputies responded to a domestic disturbance. D1, became enraged when his mother found a handgun he that had been in his possession and took it from his room. D1 verbally assaulted his mother. As he was being taken into custody he began physically resisting. D1's head struck Dep. Goranovich's nose causing minor injury. He was taken to the ground and handcuffed. D1 was taken to DJJ where they refused to take him until he was medically cleared as he was limping. D1 was cleared at Halifax Hospital where it was found that he had a heel sprain. He was charged with DV/Assault and Resisting with Violence. All injury notice/use of force paperwork completed.  

Deputies responded to V1's residence after dispatch received a px from Lake County Sheriff's Office in reference to a suicidal person. Deputies contacted V1 who made statements that he wanted to harm himself by cutting his wrists. V1 was placed under Baker Act without incident and transported to Halifax Behavioral for evaluation.   

V1 Parrish reported he wanted to harm himself due to everything that's gone wrong in his life. V1 Parrish was placed under the Baker Act and transported to ACT without incident.  

V-1 Kelly, Julie W/F 07/09/65 (46yoa) V1 Kelly reported sometime between 0700-1630 hours today, unknown person(s) made entry to her residence by breaking the bedroom window on the right side of the residence. After entry, several pieces of jewelry and numerous types of collectable currency were taken. Exit was made through the rear sliding glass door. Evidence was collected and placed into evidence. The case is active.  

D-1 Paradyse, Anthony W/M 08/27/84 (27yoa) D1 Paradyse was stopped for a traffic violation. A teletype check revealed D1 Paradyse was a habitual traffic offender (Felony). D1 Paradyse was arrested and transported to the VCBJ without incident.   

(R1) called 911 when she went to her boyfriend's, (V1's), residence to find him in the residence filled with gas and she called 911. R1 and V1 are going through a break up and he had been threaten suicide. V1 was taken into custody under the Backer Act.  

(V1) called 911 when he observed his neighbor, (S1), was urinating in his back yard in the view of (V1). (V1) then observed (S1) walk to the east side of his residence with his penis in his hand and began to masturbate. (S1) is registered as a "HIGH RISK SEXUAL PREDATOR". Investigators were attempting to walk a warrant through for incident exposure and violate his probation.  

V1 (wife)and V2 reported D1 pushed both parties as he began a disturbance at the residence. D1 was arrested for Battery/D.V. and Battery on a person (V2/mother-in-law) 65 yoa or older. D1 was transported to the VCBJ without incident.

V-1 Trentham, Richard W/M 12/13/64 V1 Trentham reported between 1130 hours and 1600 hours on this date, unknown persons made entry/exit by forcing open the front door. After entry, jewelry, a flat screen T.V. and an Apple laptop computer was taken. Evidence was gathered and placed into the District 6 evidence locker. Case continued.   

V-1 Prescott-Page, Gloria B/F 10/09/48 V1 Prescott-Page reported sometime between 12/20/2011 and 02/14/12, unknown person(s) made entry by breaking the master bedroom window. After entry, a flat screen T.V., a Sylvania Digital Camera, An unknown make/model knife and six bottles of an unknown wine were stolen. Exit was through the master bedroom door that leads to the backyard. Several leads on a suspect are being followed at this time. Case is continued.   

CLAYT0N D0UGLAS DEGREENIA, 22 of DeBary, arrested for VOP/Dangerous Drugs. No bond.

Between 1200 on 2/11/12 and 0800 on 2/13/12 someone stole a black 2000 Ford F550 tow truck from the parking lot at Tru Tech Automotive. Vehicle had severe engine damage and was not driveable. No witnesses/suspects.

V1 called 911 and when deputies arrived she stated she wanted to kill herself. V1 was taken into custody under the Baker Act.  

R1, the girlfriend of V1, reported V1 made suicidal threats to harm himself with a butcher knife. Deputies located the knife and based on the investigation at the scene, V1 was placed under the Baker Act. V1 was transported without further incident to ACT for evaluation.  

D-1 Weimer, Cory W/M 12/16/91 (20yoa) D1 Weimer was contacted at his residence and taken into custody for violating probation in reference to Grand Theft. The warrant was confirmed and there is no bond. D1 Weimer was transported to the VCBJ without incident.   

D-1 Bryant, Larry W/M 09/15/84 (27yoa) D1 Bryant was contacted at his residence and taken into custody without incident for a misdemeanor warrant for failing to appear, reference Battery. The bond is $3,500.00 and the warrant was confirmed. D1 Bryant was transported to the VCBJ.  

Tara Grimes (V1) reported he trailer was stolen between 02/10-02/11/2012 and the hours of 2330-0930 from her residence. No further information.  

V-1 Puryear, Michael W/M 09/23/61 V1 Puryear reported sometime between 1900 hours on 02/07/12 and 2043 hours on 02/10/12, unknown persons removed coins from his master bedroom. Entry/exit was made through the master bedroom window by breaking it. The case is active.  

Steven Wendland (V1) advised he left his motorcycle in his driveway on 02/10/2012 at 0200 hours when he went to work. When Wendland retrned the motorcycle was gone. No further information.  

Alaine Schefsky (V1) reported between 08/01/2011 and 02/10/2012 unknown person(s) took a ring, valued at $7,750.00, from her bedroom closet. Unknown when it occurred or who took it.  

Deputies located Morgan Hunter, 19, and Nicholas Villacreces, 19, sitting in a vehicle parked at the dead end of Mill Grant Rd. When contact was made, Hunter attempted to conceal a small bag of cannabis. When Villacreces was asked if he had anything on him, he produced his own small bag of cannabis from his pocket. Both were issued a notice to appear.  

Preston Harper, 20, stole a $600 I-Phone from one of the customers, Pernell Crowder, 24, at Allied Veterans. The theft was captured on video and the manager was able to identify Harper, due to them going to high school together. Deputies tracked Harper down to a friend's residence. He was arrested and the stolen phone was recovered.  

Victim reported that between Dec. of 2011 and 2/9/12 someone entered his rental home at 144 Plantation Rd., and stole copper and aluminum wire, and a well tank from the yard. No suspects/witnesses.  

Deputies responded to 88 Spring Lake Dr. as the complainant had not seen her 70 year old mother since Monday 2/6/12 and the newspapers/mail was stacking up. Entry was forced to the residence, and the victim was found deceased in the master bedroom. Trauma was evident, and a firearm was found near the victim. The scene was secured, and CID, Crime Scene and Major Case responded. Case turned over to Major Case Unit.  

William Long reported that his former room mate Michael Hoffman stole several checks from his residence, forged and cashed them. Over $2800 total was stolen from Long's account. Hoffman was interviewed and confessed. Case is active, charges pending.  

Robert K Able, 49, went into the Long John Silver's, told the employee “this is a robbery” and displayed a hand gun in his waist band. He robbed the establishment for $442 and fled on foot. Several deputies, Orange City Officers, canine, and Air one responded. He was spotted running by Air One and was tracked to a wooded area by canine. When he was apprehended, he was attempting to change his clothing. The clothing he was wearing during the robbery, the stolen money, and a robbery note were still in his possession when arrested. An employee and her friend responded to the scene and identified Able as the person who committed the robbery. He was taken to the office where an investigator obtained a confession. He was transported to the jail without incident.  

Between 1200 on 2/6/12 and 0800 on 2/8/12 someone removed two drive shafts from tractors on FP&L property. No witnesses/suspects.

Nichols Vigiano (V1) advised he had an agreement with an Internet company, Elite Vehicle Purchase. Vigiano stated he spoke with (S1) who stated his company would take his vehicle, 2005 GMC valued at $9,000 and sale it for him. S1 arrived at Vigiano's residence on 12/06/2011 and picked up the vehicle. Vigiano signed a contract that stated he was no longer responsible for making the payments on the vehicle. Vigiano stated that is the last time he heard from S1. Vigiano stated he began to receive phone calls from the bank in reference to no payments being made on the vehicle. Vigiano then received a call from his insurance company advising him his vehicle was located in Port Charlotte, FL with a lot of damage.
