3rd HOME INVASION SUSPECT TURNS HIMSELF IN

Volusia County Sheriff’s investigators were looking for  21-year-old Rudy McCoy, who had been named as the third suspect in last week’s home invasion that victimized a 69-year-old Ormond-by-the-Sea resident.

McCoy turned himself in Tuesday afternoon at the Sheriff's Office's Holly Hill headquarters and is facing three arrest warrants that order him to be held on $750,000 bond.
