OFFICER
COMPLETES FBI TRAINING
 The
Port Orange Police Department announces the return of Lt. Jay
Proctor, who recently graduated from the FBI National Academy
Program at Quantico, Virginia.
Proctor
was one of 245 law enforcement officers who graduated March
14th from the 232nd session of the National Academy.
In
his 20 years with the Port Orange Police Department, Proctor
has served as a patrol officer, field training officer,
narcotics investigator and patrol sergeant. In 2000 Proctor
was promoted to Lieutenant in patrol, where he is currently
assigned the responsibility for the third platoon.
Lt.
Proctor enjoyed his experience at the National Academy but is
glad to be home.
