DELAND MAN ARRESTED
ON CHILD ABUSE CHARGES
 On
January 1, 2009 the Port Orange Police Department received a
complaint that Marc Lavallee, 34 had physically harmed his
live in girlfriend’s 4-year-old handicapped son. The
4-year-old victim had sustained redness and bruises to his
face and neck.
On
January 14, 2009 Port Orange Police Detective Steven Braddock
obtained an arrest warrant for Marc Lavallee’s arrest. The
arrest warrant obtained was for the charge of Felony Child
Abuse. Bond was set at $2,500.00. The DeLand Police Department
located Marc Lavallee
at 2000 Brunswick Lane, DeLand and served the arrest
warrant at 2:18 pm.
