PORT ORANGE TEEN ARRESTED FOR LEWD AND LASCIVIOUS BATTERY
 The
Port Orange Police Department Criminal Investigations Division
has been investigating two separate complaints of an adult male
engaging in unlawful sexual activity with persons under the age
of 16. On March 4, 2009 one felony arrest warrant was obtained
against 18-year-old, Bradley
Michael Solomon
of 6375 Williamson Blvd # 718,
Port Orange.
Solomon was charged with Lewd or Lascivious Battery upon a
victim under the age of 16. He was placed under arrest and
transported to the Volusia County Branch Jail under a $
10,000.00 bond.
On March 5, 2009 a second arrest
warrant was obtained against Bradley Solomon for the charge of
Lewd or Lascivious Battery upon a victim under the age of 16.
The second arrest warrant was delivered to the Volusia County
Branch Jail where Bradley Solomon remained incarcerated. The
bond amount for the second warrant was also $ 10,000.00.
