The Port Orange Police department is seeking assistance in identifying the below pictured subject. The male subject patronized the Chick-Fil-A restaurant located at 1761 Dunlawton Avenue, Port Orange on Monday, April 27^th, 2009 at 8:07 pm. The male approached and spoke with a female employee. The male subject made statements to the employee that she “needed to be scared” and that if she “knew who he was she would be very scared.” Additionally the male stated to the female that his “face is usually the last face some people see.”

The male is described as a Hispanic male approximately 20-30 years of age, 5’7-5’9, approx 145 pounds with unknown green tattoos on his left arm.

Dark hair w/crew cut style.

Currently, there are no charges pending. We are attempting to identify him.
