                 NEW SMYRNA BEACH MAN ARRESTED ON LEWD AND LASCIVIOUS CHARGES

On April 10, 2010 the Port Orange Police Department was contacted by concerned parents regarding allegations made against the below shown individual identified as Jeffrey Eric Richardson. The allegations were that while Jeffrey Eric Richardson was a guest in the residence, he had inappropriate contact with juveniles. 

A subsequent investigation conducted by Detective Steve Braddock resulted in obtaining an arrest warrant on April 28, 2010 for the charge of Lewd and Lascivious Conduct against 50-year-old, Jeffrey Eric Richardson. The arrest warrant was signed by Judge Michael Hutcheson with the bond set at $ 75,000.00.  

Jeffrey Eric Richardson was arrested at his residence, 1016 Dillon Circle, New Smyrna Beach, by the Volusia County Sheriff’s Office at 8:30 pm and transported to the Volusia County Branch Jail.
