REWARD OFFERED IN MISSING GIRL'S DISAPPEARANCE
The Port
Orange Police Department is offering a $10,000.00 reward
to anyone with information leading to the whereabouts of
Laurel Rogers. The reward money is originating from the
Port Orange Police Department Forfeiture Trust Fund.
Laurel
Rogers whereabouts are unknown as of this date and the
investigation is ongoing into her disappearance. Laurel
Rogers was last seen at her residence located at 1069
Horizon View Boulevard, Port Orange, Florida at
approximately 8:00 pm on February 1, 2010. Her mother
reported her missing on February 2, 2010.
Laurel
does not have a functioning vehicle and it is unknown if
she left the residence on foot or in a vehicle. Laurel
suffers from Lupus and she does not have her medications
with her. It is unusual for Laurel to be gone for an
extended period of time without contacting her
mother.
Surveillance
video revealed that sh was wearing a purple colored
t-shirt with an unknown vertical multi-colored design on
the right front. It appears she was wearing a lavender
colored long sleeve t-shirt under the purple colored
t-shirt. She was wearing faded blue jeans and unknown
type white colored shoes. Laurel often wears a necklace
(with two rings as charms) She is described as 5’7”
tall, sandy blonde hair, frequently pulled back into a
ponytail, blue eyes, and weighs approximately 150 lbs.
Laurel Rogers does not have any known tattoos.
