TD BANK ROBBER ARRESTED                                           

On December 24, 2011 at 9:06 am the TD Bank located at 1101 Dunlawton Avenue in Port Orange was robbed by a subject pictured in the below surveillance image.  

On December 28, 2011 an investigation being conducted in conjunction with the Ormond Beach Police Department resulted in the arrest of 36-year-old Benjamin Edward Ahr, 208 Ridgewood Avenue, #8, Holly Hill for the Port Orange TD Bank Robbery. At 7:15 pm Port Orange Police Detectives formally charged Benjamin Ahr with Armed Robbery and Grand Theft while he was incarcerated at the Volusia County Branch Jail on an unrelated warrant. Bond was set at $7,000.00 for the Port Orange arrest charges.
