Bob Boggs welcomed everyone to the meeting and asked for Law Enforcement reports.

The consensus is everyone is preparing for upcoming Speed Weeks, Bike Week, Spring Break and BCR.

Barry Wall, FDOT, reported on the Seatbelt program and said Port Orange issued 873 citations and Daytona Beach Shores, 146 citations. These communities should be commended for their efforts.

Regarding the Red Light Running campaign, we are still waiting for a final report.

We are in hopes of having all the bridges open for the events.

Tony Nosse, FDOT, went over the Problems and Solutions and asked for new ones. Lois Bollenback of the MPO turned in three new ones; signal timing on Nova Rd., Ormond Beach to U.S.92, Daytona; prohibited left hand turn @ Mason & Nova; and prohibited left turn bay on WB Mason & Nova.

After the break, the individual committees met for discussion.

Due to the upcoming ITE Meeting, the next two CTST Meetings will be held March 1st and March 22nd instead of in February.
