2008, a land use and development vision specifically for the Ft. Florida /
DeBary station was formed during several workshops involving the public,
city and county staff, and stakeholders. This is a summary report prepared

The Transit
Development Plan (TDP) is a five-year planning document that provides an
overall assessment of the transit needs throughout Volusia County. The TDP
also outlines VOTRAN's vision for public transportation in our community and
establishes transit goals that are integrated with other adopted plans such
as the Long Range Transportation Plan and local Comprehensive Plans.
