Volusia County’s Community Assistance Division will hold a public meeting to discuss and receive comments regarding its annual action plan for entitlement funds through the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development.
The meeting will begin at 6 p.m. Thursday, June 14, in the first-floor training room of the Thomas C. Kelly Administration Center, 123 W. Indiana Ave., DeLand.
Staff will summarize the proposed plan, which covers the goals and funding of the Community Development Block Grant, Home Investment Partnership Plan and Emergency Solutions Grant. The grant programs are funded by the Department of Housing and Urban Development.
Residents and interested agencies are asked to participate in the discussion. Comments will be used in the development of the final plan.
