Bystanders can save lives. In an accident or disaster, the minutes before first responders arrive are critical. What a bystander can do to assist the victims during this critical time can increase the chance of survival.
The Volusia County Medical Reserve Corps, in conjunction with the Florida Department of Health, will present Until Help Arrives from 1 to 3 p.m. Monday, Sept. 17, at the DeLand Regional Library, 130 E. Howry Ave.

Registration is required; call 386-822-6430, ext. 20762.
