Jo Anne Staley will present a body movement program designed to improve everyday functioning, overall physical performance and athletic expression from 10 to 11 a.m. Wednesday, Oct. 10, at the Port Orange Regional Library, 1005 City Center Circle.
Staley has a level two certification with the Original Strength Institute and notes that the program is suitable for “geriatric patients, Olympic and professional athletes, folks rehabbing from traumatic injury, and everyday people who want to move and age more smoothly and effortlessly.”
