Have you ever wondered what dogs are “saying” when they bark, whine or wag their tail?

Tara Houser and Sam Brown of Real Pet Behavior, along with their sidekick ABA-Lee, will offer tips to understand what your dog is trying to tell you at 2 p.m. Tuesday, Jan. 15, at the Deltona Regional Library, 2150 Eustace Ave.
